Our company, together with Harbin Institute of Technology and Harbin Institute of Technology Robot Group, has jointly developed a sand clamping roller device, a sand clamping vibration device, and a wet sand clamping device. During the sand clamping process, the mixing ratio of quartz sand and resin is controlled by an electric mixer microcomputer to fully mix the resin, quartz sand, curing agent, and accelerator, resulting in a qualitative improvement in the resin content, curing degree, compactness, and flatness of the sand clamping layer. Our company has independently developed a resin spray device that uses resin and curing agent air stirring spray. The resin is sprayed more evenly, and the curing agent content is uniform and reasonable, ensuring the curing degree of the pipeline and improving the quality of the pipeline. Our company's production equipment and technology have always been at the forefront of the international market.
