How is Fiberglass Pipe demolded?

Firstly, lift the demoulding gantry crane and place the tube to be demoulded on it. Move the demoulding disc on the gantry crane to the center and insert four gantry claws to clamp the demoulding disc. Start the two hydraulic top bars on the gantry crane, and at the same time, move the tractor with the mold towards the winch direction. After pulling out a section, start the winch and tighten the steel wire winch to slowly remove the mold from the tube and clean the film inside the tube.

The fiberglass pipeline mold, which is usually made at room temperature, has basically solidified and set after 48 hours, and can be demolded. When demolding, the fiberglass pipeline mold should be rigorously struck with a hard object. An air compressor can be used to compress air for blowing to separate the fiberglass pipeline mold from its mother mold. After successful demolding, subsequent processing can be carried out and all procedures can be completed before delivery for use.
